Our client is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their team in Cambridge. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support and deliver excellent customer service to clients. You will assist with preparing property advertisements, liaising with applicants, conducting viewings, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems. This is a busy and varied position, with over 100 properties. It would suit someone proactive, confident working independently, and ready to make the role their own.
As the Lettings Assistant you will be:
- Prepare advertisements for vacant properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and tenancy sign-ups.
- Keep internal IT systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Create and end tenancies in the housing system in a timely manner.
- Produce professional, high-quality documents.
- Maintain databases with relevant tenancy and applicant information.
As the Lettings Assistant you will have:
- Previous administrative experience in housing or lettings (preferred but not essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
