My client is a global goods importer and distributor with operations across Europe and is looking to recruit a Studio Production Coordinator to strengthen its creative and marketing function.

As the Studio Production Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all creative project requests, ensuring clarity of objectives and seamless communication between clients and studio teams.
  • Active monitoring and management of all workflows and live lists.
  • Manage daily scheduling and resource allocation, matching team members' skills with project needs and forecasting freelance requirements as needed.
  • Chairing weekly Production Meetings and subsequent reporting – take minutes, and ensure all actions are recorded, shared, assigned owners, and executed efficiently for relevant PMS projects, tracking progress, resourcing assets, managing stakeholder expectations, and analysing project progression.
  • Troubleshooting to ensure effective creative artwork production.

You will be an accomplished Studio Production Coordinator with a strong creative background, creative studio workflow management systems, effective project management skills, and proven experience in project or resource management within a creative environment (in-house experience highly preferred). Experience with project management and resource scheduling tools is essential.
