Business travel Consultant required for established business travel company. Seeking an experienced business travel consultant to work out of hours including weekends. Salary circa £30K for 36 hours, remote based.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with a range of clients ranging from Banks, insurance companies both in the UK and overseas.
  • Assisting clients out of hours, sometimes in an emergency scenario.
  • Booking flights, car hire, rail and hotels.
  • Problem solving, making amendments, date changes, re-issues.

Skills Required:

  • Previous business travel consultant experience essential.
  • Airfares knowledge with understanding of fares, reissues, refunds, changes and some ticketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Additional information:

  • Paying circa £30K for average 36 hour week.
  • Working Mon and Tue 02.00 - 10.00 and Sat/Sun & Bank Holidays 02.00 - 14.00.
  • Remote based.
  • Training in the London office required.
  • Private health.
  • Yearly company bonus.
