An award-winning architectural practice is looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect to join them on a significant residential project starting in early August. This is a hands-on, design-led position, ideal for someone who is highly proficient in BIM (ideally Revit) and confident delivering projects at Stage 3.
You will be fully embedded within the team at their Central London office (on-site 5 days a week), helping deliver a landmark multi-block residential scheme. The initial contract is for 6 months, but there is a strong likelihood it will extend beyond this phase.
Requirements:
- ARB or RIBA-registered Architect with strong project delivery experience
- Exceptional BIM proficiency (Revit preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale residential projects
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced design office environment
- Available to start by early August
