Block Manager

My client is a privately owned residential developer who are looking for an experienced Block Manager to manage internals on an RC frame block of 73 apartments from first fix. Details of the role are as follows: Site based in East London, the role starts in the next week or two and runs until March 2026. You will have extensive experience of running a block autonomously, reporting into a senior site manager. You will also be managing an assistant.
