Customer Support Co-ordinator – Permanent – South Shropshire
L & C Consulting are working with a successful, growing organisation near Bridgnorth for a new Customer Support Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This role will suit a professional, positive and experienced Sales Support Administrator / Customer Support Administrator who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role in a successful business.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Supporting customers with queries (phone & email)
- Create Quotes & Process sales orders
- Arrange despatch of samples and product deliveries
- Take payments
- Update CRM
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you MUST have worked in similar roles – ideally within engineering / technical manufacturing / environment and have a professional & flexible approach to your work as well as excellent communication skills.
Monday to Friday, full time hours. The South Shropshire based site is commutable from Telford, Bridgnorth, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Much Wenlock, Ironbridge etc.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
