Alma Personnel are proud to announce working with their Witney based electronics company to recruit for an experienced Office Administrator with a view to progress to Manager. Very much a varied role taking on a multitude of duties and responsibilities so you must have strong communication skills coupled with management of your duties. Having proven experience of working in a very busy and active environment you will be tasked with carrying the following duties:

  • Raising of invoices and accurate documents as well as drafting important correspondence, quotes and bill of materials
  • Important diary organisation of meetings etc
  • Provide the very best customer service/experience whomever visits the site and following up on any actions that may be required
  • All administrative duties, including filling, post, emails and recording of important data
  • Actively log all deliveries into the site
  • Ordering of stationary and parts for manufacturing whilst sourcing them from suppliers
  • Liaising directly with the MD and acting as PA

Skills/Experience:

  • Highly IT literate
  • Excellent communications and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of all MS Office suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven time management
  • Personable with a confident persona as a professional
  • Well focused, hard working and yet flexible
