We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of order flow, logistics operations, and delivery optimisation across our client's distribution network. Salary up to £35K depending on experience + pension, + healthcare + onsite parking.

Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager include:- Coordinating full order lifecycle from placement to delivery
- Handling supplier/customer escalations and problem-solving on the go
- Analyzing and managing order backlogs, inventories, and provisions
- Working directly with forwarders on warehousing and shipping terms
- Reviewing contracts, credit notes, invoices, and customs documentation
- Managing VAT/intrastate reporting and ensuring compliance
- Drafting standard reseller agreements (in English & French)
- Strong logistics and supply chain experience (essential)
- Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, lookups, data models (essential)
- ERP system proficiency and confidence in digital tools
- Experience in cross-border shipping, warehousing, and cost negotiation
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Fluent English (French would be a bonus) along with professional verbal/written communication skills essential
