Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager include, Coordinating full order lifecycle from placement to delivery Handling supplier/customer escalations and problem-solving on the go Analyzing and managing order backlogs, inventories, and provisions Working directly with forwarders on warehousing and shipping terms Reviewing contracts, credit notes, invoices, and customs documentation Managing VAT/intrastate reporting and ensuring compliance Drafting standard reseller agreements (in English & French)The ideal Supply Chain Manager will need, Strong logistics and supply chain experience (essential) Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, lookups, data models (essential) ERP system proficiency and confidence in digital tools Experience in cross-border shipping, warehousing, and cost negotiation Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple moving parts Fluent English (French would be a bonus) along with professional verbal/written communication skills essentialThis is more than a logistics role; it\’s an opportunity to build efficiency and reliability across a growing region
