Health Care Assistant

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to join a specialist care service offering expert support for elderly residents, including those living with dementia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Health Care Assistant looking to develop within a supportive and person-centred environment.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and ensure the dignity and wellbeing of each resident. You will be working as part of a team that provides high-quality care, including specialist nursing and dementia support.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Experience supporting elderly individuals

Knowledge and understanding of dementia care

Up-to-date mandatory training

A caring and patient nature
