We’re exclusively partnered with Monster Energy, a powerhouse in the soft drinks industry, to hire a Regional Field Manager to lead a high-performing team of Territory Development Managers (TDMs). This role sits within the Independent Convenience & Symbols channel and offers the opportunity to make a serious impact on regional sales growth and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of TDMs to deliver against KPIs in distribution, callage and in-store execution.
  • Create and execute regional strategies to increase market share and visibility for Monster Energy products.
  • Build collaborative relationships with bottler field teams and external stakeholders to drive joint business plans.
  • Regularly accompany your team in trade to provide hands-on coaching, development and performance feedback.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently showcasing team achievements and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive scaled brand activation across stores, ensuring quality execution and commercial impact.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing a field-based FMCG team, ideally within soft drinks or convenience channels.
  • Strong coaching and leadership ability, with a proven track record of performance delivery.
  • Commercially savvy with an understanding of the independent retail landscape.
  • Resilient, driven and solutions-focused with a ‘roll up your sleeves’ approach.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid structure with distribution partners.
