As our Bakery Commis Chef within our Chef Brigade, you will have a vital role in the production of our freshly made home bakes to serve across our 1000-seater dining areas. You will work with fresh ingredients every day, making fantastic products ranging from our best-selling scones to our delicious hot fudge chocolate gateaux. The role will also involve working with our patisserie team, so the candidate will be multi-skilled to work across both functions.

This role would be ideal for a hardworking, disciplined team player with a lot of stamina who possesses a passion for fresh food and is eager to be part of a developing team.
