Our client is hiring an enthusiastic Temporary Receptionist to join their ecommerce team in London! This creative company is seeking a professional and highly-motivated individual to provide on-going coverage on their front desk.
Overview
- Hours: Monday & Friday 9am-4:45pm, Tuesday- Thursday 8:15am- 5:15pm
- On-site: Monday- Friday
- London £14.42 per hour
The Role
- Serving as the first point of contact for both employees and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth visitor process.
- Coordinating access card control (Net2) by generating access passes for employees and granting access to visitors and guests.
- Distributing incoming mail across the various companies within the office, handling courier bookings, and managing outgoing mail, including franking.
- Overseeing the management of lockers, including resetting codes and clearing them as needed.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and handling related queries.
- Ordering general stationery and other office amenities as needed.
- Overseeing certain health and safety functions in the office; you will be expected to complete First Aid and Fire Marshal training.
