Base pay range

We believe in investing in the legal talent of the future. Our Simply Conveyancing Academy Property Lawyer Programme, offers talented individuals the opportunity to join a structured programme aimed at providing the development, support and qualifications required to become a Property Lawyer, owning a portfolio of clients, delivering an industry leading legal service through their property sale or purchase.

The programme will run for a period of around 18 months. During this time you will follow a blended approach, incorporating on the job experience with high quality dedicated training from one of our qualified Technical Trainers from our in-house Learning and Development team. You will also be encouraged to complete external development through a trusted partner organisation to obtain a relevant professional qualification.

Further Information

• Location – you will be based in our Daventry office
• Salary £24,000 pa plus a fantastic benefits package
• Please note there will be a training agreement put in place if you are successful. The repayment of this if you leave the business will be on a sliding scale dependant on length of service and further details will be provided at the assessment centre
• All shortlisted applicants will be required to attend interviews in our Daventry office week commencing 23rd June
• Please note that the start date for this programme is 26th August – there is no flexibility regarding this
