  • Provide a secure, warm, and safe environment for residents at Halton and Brennan Lodge.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and crises.
  • Support residents with complex problems to overcome challenges and develop life skills for independent living.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment to help residents stabilize their lives and achieve their goals, especially those with chaotic lifestyles, educational, or health issues.
  • You will assist residents in achieving positive outcomes in areas such as independent living skills, community engagement, social inclusion, meaningful occupation, employment pathways, social skills, self-management, quality of life, aspirations, health and wellbeing, financial management, reduction of offending behaviours, substance misuse management, and tenancy sustainability.
