- You will assist residents in achieving positive outcomes in areas such as independent living skills, community engagement, social inclusion, meaningful occupation, employment pathways, social skills, self-management, quality of life, aspirations, health and wellbeing, financial management, reduction of offending behaviours, substance misuse management, and tenancy sustainability.
