Scotts Greenock is recruiting for a Deputy Manager. Situated on Greenock's shorefront with gorgeous views of the Clyde, this promises to be a dining experience like no other. When it comes to casual but elegant dining, we do it best!
We're looking for a dynamic and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Deputy Manager you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Whether it's managing a busy service or supporting the training and development of new team members, you'll be a key player in creating memorable moments for both guests and staff alike.

You will support our General Manager in running the show, from keeping the venue profitable to maintaining quality and compliance. You'll use your coaching prowess to develop and inspire our team to deliver jaw-dropping hospitality. And of course, you'll be a living, breathing example of our Company Core Values.
