Our Spa client is seeking a client-facing and consultative Assistant Spa Coordinator with a proven track record of success. The Assistant Spa Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, credibility, and high integrity and can create lasting relationships with patients built on trust. A love of all things aesthetics with an interest in creating a highly customizable aesthetic care plan for their patients to help them look, feel and be their best!
FTE hourly role: $20-$25 an hour plus substantial monthly sales bonuses
Hours: Tues-Fri 10a-7p, Sat 10a-3p
Locations: Burlington, Shrewsbury, or Framingham, MA
The Assistant Coordinator is responsible for:
- Educating patients and potential patients on our services, and laying out a treatment plan with them that is highly customized to assist them in looking, feeling and being their best
- Selling the value of our services to our patients when they visit our clinic during their consultations and treatments
- Following up with previous patients to continue to cultivate a relationship with them and renew their interest
- Creating partnerships in the community and cultivating lasting relationships with patients
- Supporting and participating in outbound marketing activities with a goal of developing synergistic partnerships with local complementary businesses
- Managing and overseeing daily clinic operations ranging from accounting, scheduling, sales, marketing, client retention, inventory management and check in/out of patients on our software/platform
- Greeting patients in a friendly manner as they enter the clinic, answering incoming calls, patient scheduling and pre and post visit communication
- Processing through patient charts to ensure they have a highly developed treatment plan, adjusting when necessary, and ensuring payments have been made for services
- Evaluating guestsβ suitability for laser, aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services
- Knowledgeable in treatment protocols and all services offered plus retail product lines
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience (some business to consumer preferred)
- Preferred but not limited to the following industry experience: Esthetic, Cosmetic, Health & Wellness, Weight Loss, Hair Restoration, Plastic Surgery, Med Spa, Lasik, PR and marketing, Fitness or related industries
- Experienced in building relationships with patients that have a lasting value
- Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets by building relationships
- Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Esthetician or Medical Aesthetician license is a preferred but NOT required for this role
- A love of Aesthetics and a desire to grow in the industry
