Location: Imperial Hotel, Tenby, nestled in the historic heart of Pembrokeshire, overlooking South Beach.
Role Overview: As a Guest Service Assistant, you will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will maintain high standards, collaborate with colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service. Flexibility to support other areas such as Food & Beverage and Housekeeping is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Reception or customer-facing roles.
- Strong IT and telephone skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
