As we launch our partnership with Soho Farmhouse, we are excited to introduce their clients to the exclusive “Dimple Amani Method.” This unique approach integrates Brazilian lymphatic drainage, Finnish infrared therapies, and ancient East-Asian Guasha techniques to provide a comprehensive treatment that enhances beauty and wellness from the inside out.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a driven, passionate, and flexible Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy and possess excellent communication skills. While previous experience in lymphatic drainage is not required, candidates must be enthusiastic about learning and mastering the “Dimple Amani Method.” We offer comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver our unique, holistic treatments with confidence and skill.
Key Responsibilities
- To give various types of facial, abs and body massages (specialising in lymphatic drainage treatments)
- To manage appointments and greet clients
- Be knowledgeable in the Dimple Amani Lymphatic Drainage Methods (training is provided)
- Maintain an organised and tidy salon, making it presentable at all times
- Help meet or exceed sales goals with add on products/services
- Be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and mid-late shifts
- Work closely with other therapists and the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless client experience and the efficient operation of the salon
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal client base and contributing to the growth of the Dimple Amani brand
Skills & Qualities
- NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in Massage Therapy
- Experience working in a spa or therapy centre environment preferred
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude for both customers and staff
- Skilful in dealing with customer complaints and concerns
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctual
- Fluent in English preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: Starting from £18 per hour
- Training: Comprehensive training provided in the exclusive “Dimple Amani Method”
- Schedule: Part-time (Thursday, Friday and Saturday)
