  • Provide proactive, hands-on support to pharmacies during times of change or increased operational demand.
  • Maintain safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing and supply of medicines in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team development, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices across the network.
  • Foster a positive, solution-focused approach within the teams you support.
What we’re looking for:
  • GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician.
  • Minimum 3 years’ pharmacy experience, ideally in a community environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality service delivery.
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
  • Reliability and a willingness to travel as needed across the pharmacy group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated technician to step into a leadership role that offers variety, impact, and the chance to support colleagues across a wider network.
