A private investment business is looking for an Investment Analyst.

Your new company: Part of a £2bn turnover group, this role is part of a private investment business, focused on multi-asset investment including Real Estate, mainly for Family Wealth. The overall AUM is circa £1bn and this would be a senior role in a lean team.

Your new role: Working as an Analyst, this role will be focused on analysis of the current investment portfolio as well as acquisition opportunities, reporting back to the investment teams and owning project budgets. The role would need someone happy to work in a growing investment team, supporting business needs where appropriate and owning outputs with highly commercial and operational deliverables.

What you'll need to succeed: You will need to come from either an investment or accounting background where you have gained financial analysis and modelling skill sets, ideally with a focus on real asset sectors like Real Estate, Infra or Energy. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative, delivering first-class strategic information in order to aid decision making. Valuations experience would be highly desirable.
