Your new role
As practice manager, you will be dealing with the daily operations, such as managing workflow as well as doing technical work, managing all client queries, and managing the whole team, including an outsourced team.
You will be tasked with doing the most complex accounts and tax that is brought in by clients, so you must be technically strong.
