We are looking for 2 experienced and flexible NVQ2-qualified Pharmacy Dispensers to join our newly established Pharmacy Central Operations Team. This role offers the opportunity to support a range of pharmacies across our group, helping to maintain excellent patient service and operational continuity during periods of increased demand or change.

As part of a mobile and responsive support team, you will work under the guidance of a Team Leader and report indirectly to the Superintendent Pharmacist. Most of your time will be based in a designated pharmacy, but you will also travel to other locations when required to provide hands-on operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pharmacy teams in maintaining accurate, safe, and efficient dispensing in accordance with all regulatory requirements, professional and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with field and pharmacy team colleagues, adapting quickly to different environments and challenges.
  • Support team development, process improvement, and the implementation of best practices across the network.
  • Travel as part of a central support team to assist other pharmacies across the group.
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent dispensing qualification).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a community pharmacy or similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Commitment to patient safety and high-quality service delivery.
