We are searching for a Supply Chain Consultant to lead the parts catalogue scope of work for our client, who is implementing a global IFS cloud solution. This pivotal role focuses on shaping inventory, sales, purchase, and manufacturing parts while serving as the workstream lead on the categorisation and definition of supply chain processes. This role is integral to a large-scale, global project spanning 23 businesses over a 2-3 year programme. You will act as the glue between the IFS partner and global business process owners, ensuring effective coordination and solution delivery.
Lead the solution design and implementation of the parts catalogue across all supply chain workstreams.
Work with the business to define and classify inventory, sales, purchase, and manufacturing parts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to roll out the solution to 15 legacy systems and pilot the IFS system.
Conduct and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive alignment on supply chain categorisation.
Develop business process models to support effective implementation and change management.
Act as the liaison between the IFS implementation partner and internal teams to resolve issues and optimise processes.
Support end-to-end deployment across supply chain modules, including sales, customer orders, rental, purchasing, inventory management, work orders, and service management.
Provide hands-on leadership to ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution design.
