Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a new job in the Filey area? Would you like to gain exposure to a growing business within the renewables sector where you can really get involved in a variety of different projects?
What the Accounts Assistant job involves:
- Creating and sending complex sales invoices to clients
- Processing high volume Purchase Ledger invoices
- Ordering PPE and equipment for each project and charging back to the end client
- Checking contractor timesheets, expenses are correct and creating invoices to charge back to the client
- Agreeing contractor hours with the client to be worked and checking this is accurate
- Supporting a variety of different projects at any one time
- Supporting the wider finance team with any other accounts support
Skills required:
- Previous Accounts experience from within a Sales Ledger / Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant position
- Self-managed and able to work in a busy finance team
- A good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous use of Sage or similar accountancy packages
Other information:
- Full time Monday to Friday
- Car parking available
