Acquisition Integration Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring seamless transitions and unlocking the value that comes from working together with the acquired business. You will work closely with various departments to execute integration plans and contribute to the overall success of our mergers and acquisitions strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of integration plans for newly acquired businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Corporate IT, HR, and Managed Services, to ensure smooth integration processes
- Manage the integration project and monitor progress and identify potential issues or roadblocks, providing solutions to mitigate risks
