We are seeking an EPR Project Manager to join our dynamic team for a large digital health project in Norwich.
These roles offer a competitive pay rate of £208 per day, with the flexibility of 1-2 days per week onsite.
About the Roles:
We have five separate roles available, each focusing on a critical area of healthcare:
- Maternity
- Inpatient
- Health Information (PAS, Clinical Coding)
- Order Comms
- Oncology
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, scope, manage, and deliver EPR Design Build & Test (DBT) projects across multiple hospital Trusts.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Engage with key stakeholders and lead the development of stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Support the implementation of DBT requirements, including resource allocation and budget management.
- Analyze and document local workflows, data collection, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure system configurations meet best practice standards and support full patient pathways.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage project team resources.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in EPR system configuration (e.g., Cerner, Epic, MEDITECH, System C).
- Strong knowledge of clinical, administrative, and operational workflows within a hospital environment.
- Experience in delivering transformational change and applying structured project management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
