To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
- A mechanical or electrical qualification, or automotive technician experience is desirable, although full training is provided
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent customer service skills
- Effective planning and organising skills with strong attention to detail and close adherence to Company standards and procedures
- A flexible, reliable and responsible approach with the ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Great communication skills – both verbal and written
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
