Project Manager – HVAC / Mechanical / Plumbing 📍 Location: North West England 💰 Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car + Benefits 🕒 Type: Full-time, Permanent We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading building services contractor for an experienced Project Manager to deliver HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do: * Run commercial M&E projects from planning to handover * Lead site teams & subcontractors * Manage timelines, budgets & client expectations * Ensure H&S and compliance standards are met * Report progress to senior management What You’ll Need: * 2+ years’ PM experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing) * SMSTS, H&S training, DBS check * Strong leadership & communication skills * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer: * £50K salary * Company car & fuel allowance * Phone, laptop, PPE, pension * Flexi working & additional leave * Supportive, growing team
