Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant

Overview

Pay – £7.55 – £12.21 per hour.

Our store in Exeter is looking for a minimum 20 hrs per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve our range of food and beverages.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to build relationships.
• Support the daily operations of the Pausa coffee shop as part of the team.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 20 hours per week with hours spread across the week, including at least one Saturday or Sunday shift.
• Wage is age-dependent: 16-17 years old £7.55 per hour; 18+ £12.21 per hour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail coffee shop environment and commit to inclusive, customer-focused service.
