School Receptionist

Join the RGS Front Office team as our School Receptionist and become the first point of contact for all visitors, parents and pupils.You will be an organised individual with a warm, friendly manner and a desire to help others.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure all visitors to the school are signed in asappropriate and display the correct visitor badge;
• Assist the Attendance Officer in morning and afternoon registration;
• Deal with all enquiries by email and telephone in a polite and timelymanner;
• Liaise with Estates regarding onsite access, security, deliveries, and
  maintenance, as required;
• Assist in the provision of First Aid to pupils.
