Overview

We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our busy team. You’ll be proactive, a great team player, and have a good eye for detail as you take on a new challenge.

This role involves the upkeep of external communal areas, grass, shrubs and hedges. You may also be required to undertake soft landscaping/minor tree work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external communal areas, including grass, shrubs and hedges
• Assist with soft landscaping and minor tree work as needed
• Work within a team to contribute to a dynamic and diverse environment

What You’ll Need

• Practical amenity horticultural knowledge and experience
• PA1 and PA6AW qualifications (desirable, but not essential)
• NPTC certification or equivalent (desirable, but not essential)
• A full driver’s licence (with towing licence desirable)
