gap personnel is recruiting Production Operatives for an established pharmaceutical company based in Crediton. Immediate starts available! This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided – perfect if you\’re looking to start or grow your career in production or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Weighing and measuring ingredients accurately
• Monitoring product temperature
• Performing quality checks
• Following food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Heavy lifting (up to 20kg to 25kg)

• A reliable team player
• Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential
