A well-established law firm is looking for a Part Time Litigation Legal Secretary to join their office in Chichester. Ideally looking for someone who has experience with working in Personal Injury to provide administrative support to the Fee Earners within the department. This role is part time and office based.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, counsel, witnesses and the courts.
- Managing appointments and the fee earners diaries.
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio/ copy typing.
- Providing full secretarial support with matters related to Personal Injury law.
- Checking documents for accuracy.
Desired skills and experience:
- Legal Secretary experience in Litigation/ Personal Injury is essential with around 1 year +.
- Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital audio systems and experience of using case management system.
- Use of the Proclaim Case Management system would be an advantage.
