What you will be doing?

  • Attract, engage and recruit experienced tech specialists across the world
  • Match the best talent with our clients, in order to keep them in front of their competitors
  • Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates across the world
  • Work with some of the world’s best-known Finance, Retail, Energy, Automotive and Pharmaceutical brands
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and become a specialist in IT, finding your niche within the industry
  • Support candidates to find and enjoy rewarding career paths

What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role in any sector
  • Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and passion for diversity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for connecting with people
  • Driven, ambitious and self-starter mentality
  • A second language fluency would be a bonus - particularly German, French, Polish, or a Nordic language.
