About the Role
We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join a forward-thinking team responsible for delivering a robust and innovative desktop platform. You’ll play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that enhance collaboration and streamline business operations across a global enterprise.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects, such as transitioning Windows environments to modern management, optimising end-user experiences, and driving mobility and productivity improvements using cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist with the design, implementation, and support of Windows 10/11 migrations to modern management frameworks using Intune MDM and SCCM.
Configure and manage SCCM infrastructures, including tasks such as deploying Autopilot solutions and implementing Group Policies.
Implement and manage Windows Updates for Business and Windows Autopatches to ensure seamless endpoint performance.
Enhance or replace operational processes to optimise the user experience on Windows endpoints.
Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions leveraging tools such as Windows Defender, Azure, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
Ensure effective service management practices, including incident, change, and problem management, within an enterprise ITSM environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Strong expertise with Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment.
In-depth knowledge of SCCM infrastructure , including system configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Intune MDM , particularly around device configuration and policy implementation.
Familiarity with Windows Updates for Business , Windows Autopatches , and Group Policy configuration.
Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
A passion for enhancing user productivity through innovative desktop and mobile solutions.
