Position Fit Out Estimator Location: Essex Salary: £60K Plus package Job Type: Full-time Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in interior fit outs? Want to join a subcontractor who have exciting growth plans, are cash rich and to also play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East? About Us: Our client are a leading fit-out and award winning subcontractor specializing in drylining, partitions, joinery and painting & Decorating, who work predominantly on commercial and retail projects with some of the UK’s leading players. Their reputation has been built on precision, reliability, and excellence. The Role: As an Estimator, you will: * Prepare accurate cost estimates for drylining and fit-out projects * Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts * Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing * Identify risks and opportunities in project costs * Work closely with the project team to optimize budgets What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as an estimator in the fit-out. * Some knowledge of drylining, partitioning, and ceiling systems * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Benefits Exciting, high-profile projects Supportive, experienced team Career growth opportunities Competitive salary and benefits If you\’re keen to hear more, please get in touch
