Part Time over 5 days (30 hours) - Starting ASAP - 4 weeks Temp - Office Based
Your new company: Higher education in Cardiff, on-site parking for staff and accessible via some public transport routes.
Your new role:
- Provide a professional and efficient switchboard service
- First point of contact for all visitors to campus
- Support with general enquiries, taking and relaying messages, receiving and issuing access cards and keys
- Process vehicle bookings, visitor parking and operate vehicle access barriers
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Must be available to work 12pm – 6pm (Monday to Friday)
