Red Hotels are looking for a Bar Host to join our fabulous team and support our Food & Beverage Managers in delivering beverage service excellence. Our Bar Hosts operate with a cheerful and professional attitude, delivering our beverage service to the required standards across all areas of the hotels on a daily basis.
We are seeking someone with experience, ideally in mixology and wine, but also willing to learn. The candidate should be self-motivated, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and be capable of helping to lead and develop our team. This role involves handling up to 300 covers throughout the day, including children, during busy seasons. It is suited for the driven and resilient!
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional hospitality
- Creating and delivering bespoke seasonal cocktails
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, cellar management, and stock ordering
You must be passionate about providing consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests while reflecting our relaxed approach.
