The Role
As an IT Analyst, you’ll provide outstanding IT support to staff while managing and maintaining IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support: Deliver exceptional support for Windows 11 and other end-user technologies.
Technology Rollouts: Deploy new hardware and software to enhance user productivity.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure IT infrastructure is stable, secure, and well-maintained.
Cloud Administration: Manage Azure and AWS environments effectively.
Cybersecurity & Networking: Implement and maintain firewalls, networking solutions, and security best practices.
Technical Projects: Contribute to exciting projects across end-user, architecture, and cybersecurity domains.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed IT documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Windows 11 Desktop Administration: Expertise in managing and troubleshooting.
Microsoft 365 Administration: Hands-on experience with Office 365 tools.
Intune / Autopilot: Proficiency in device management and automated deployment.
Cloud Knowledge: Proven experience with Azure and AWS .
VMware vCenter: Strong skills in managing virtualized environments.
Cybersecurity and Networking: Knowledge of firewalls, networking, and security best practices.
Automation Skills: Experience with Power Automate or PowerShell scripting is desirable.
CoPilot Experience: Familiarity with AI-powered tools like CoPilot is an advantage.
