Job Description

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same, but your visits will always focus on care, dignity, and connection. You might:

• Help with personal care like washing, dressing, and toileting

• Prepare light meals and assist with hydration and nutrition

• Prompt or administer medication

• Provide friendly companionship, conversation, or a walk in the garden

• Carry out light housekeeping to keep their home safe and tidy

• Maintain accurate visit notes and report concerns

All visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to do things properly and build trust with clients.

Qualifications

We’re looking for people who are:

• Local to Harlow or Roydon

• Available for morning and/or evening shifts

• Drivers with access to a car (essential for reaching clients)

• Naturally caring, kind, and reliable

• Great communicators and team players

No experience necessary – if you have the heart for care, we’ll give you the training and tools to succeed.
