Social Media Manager - 6 Month FTC (City of London)

We\’re looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll support the day-to-day management of social media channels for a range of clients, helping to shape content, manage calendars, and monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
• Assist with reporting and analytics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align content with campaign goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience a bonus)
• Strong understanding of key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
• Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills
• Enthusiastic team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social trends
