We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client seeking a new team member for their People and Development team. This role reports to a departmental head and focuses on Early Talent, suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of comparable experience who are eager to develop a career in early talent.

The responsibilities include coordinating and supporting the delivery of talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, and internship pathways. The role is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

This permanent position is available immediately, with a salary band of 28-35k. The company values personal and career development and is willing to fund training and qualifications for the right candidate.

The team is sociable and dynamic, based in beautiful West End offices with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in the office).
