Role: Supervisor Contract type: Permanent, full time Hours a week: 45 Salary: £30,000 Location: Manchester, Trafford Park  We are looking for an ambitious Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading, managing, and motivating teams in the relocation, installation, and maintenance of office furniture and IT equipment. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to oversee operations across various locations, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients.  Key Responsibilities  Lead teams of varying sizes in the relocation, installation, and maintenance of office furniture and IT equipment  Operate company vehicles as permitted by entitlements, ensuring safe and efficient transport of goods  Lead and manage aspects of smaller moves and projects, collaborating with Move Managers on larger projects  Uphold and promote company core values and standards in every aspect of your work  Educate, train, and develop team members in best practices, quality, and standards  Conduct technical aspects of decommissioning and commissioning furniture and IT equipment with precision and care  Effectively manage external contractors to ensure smooth and successful project deliveries  Ensure working practices adhere to safety regulations and company best practices  About You  Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic  Hardworking and physically fit, capable of leading and motivating teams of varying sizes  Ability to understand project scopes, track progress, and identify key milestones  Adaptive to change and proactive in problem-solving  Polite, friendly manner with exceptional communication skills  Methodical and meticulous approach to work, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained  Some of our benefits include:      Annual Leave – 20 days (rising a day after each completed year of service) up to 25 + bank holidays Life Assurance – 2x basic annual salary Bereavement Counselling – Support during difficult times Free Onsite Parking     Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – Confidential counselling via Health Assured     Eye Care Support – Free eye tests and up to £70 towards glasses for DSE users and drivers (includes retinal photography for drivers over 40
