Bromley are looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join their Referral & Assessment team. This is a fast-paced frontline role, but you’ll be stepping into a service that’s stable, well-managed and properly resourced. Bromley have a clear structure in place, mileage paid for visits, and a focus on keeping workloads manageable – so you can actually do the job you trained for.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to new referrals and completing timely, quality assessments
  • Managing risk and making sound threshold decisions
  • Section 47s, strategy discussions, and emergency protection where needed
  • Liaising with schools, health, police, and internal services
  • Holding CIN until handover or closure, with clear planning from the outset
  • No management responsibilities with this role
