Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Modelling and promoting excellent teaching in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

Supporting the development of schemes of work, resources, and assessments

Leading internal CPD and coaching colleagues within and beyond the department

Contributing to curriculum innovation and enrichment opportunities

Taking on a pastoral leadership role such as KS3 Science Coordinator or Wellbeing Lead
