Assembly Operative- Electrical

My client, a Manufacturing/Engineering company based in the Malvern Area is looking to recruit an Assembly Operative on a Temp to Perm basis This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants that first step into a management position as it will come with some supervisory responsibilities with full training given to allow for professional development The main focus of the role will be as follows – Mechanical and Electric Assembly following build books and technical drawings – Testing equipment as required – Function testing – Fault Analysis – Working as part of a small team As a suitable candidate you will offer the following – previous experience in a similar role with either mechanical or electrical assembly – an ability to follow instructions both visually and verbally – an ability to work to deadlines – motivated to work independently – Strong Communication skills – By physically fit as there is some lifting and carrying required This role is Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) with a 1500 finish on Fridays and the starting par-rate will be £12.78 an hour.
