Our Wealth Management client is implementing a new 3rd party Wealth Advice / Financial Planning (FP) system into a core Wealth Advice proposition. This will include implementing the 3rd party application (Iress X-plan) end to end, including the digital portal to replace an existing FP application, to deliver improvements to the existing FP operating model and enable the future strategic direction for Wealth Advice in RBC BD.
The role is to work as a Business Analyst with the existing Business stakeholders and Business Change team to successfully deliver X-plan into the business operating model of the existing core Advice proposition.
Knowledge/Experience- Experience of working in Financial Planning - either within large financial institutions or independent financial advisers.
- Knowledge of the Financial Planning / Regulated Advice process and the products and providers that are inherent to this.
- Knowledge of the end to end financial planning, product implementation, fees charging and processing / reconciling processes is a requirement.
- Experience of carrying out analysis to articulate operating model / processes, specify solutions & solve problems as part of delivering a project, allowing credible conversations with stakeholders over the operating model and project related subjects / issues.
- Able to work collaboratively within own Change Team and wider stakeholder βMatrixβ team.
- Experience of the X-plan application and implementation of it may also be desirable but is not a necessary requirement.
- Testing analysis / preparation and conduct Business Analysis.
- Sophisticated-stakeholder management.
- Training materials preparation and delivery.
- Private Client Wealth Advice / Financial Planning within large Banks or Financial Institutions (Preferred), or independent Financial Advisers.
