Our rural Ledbury based client is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join them on a full time and permanent basis. You will be working with a small team to ensure efficient and compliant warehouse operations within a food & beverage environment.
What you can expect:
- Pay rate: £12.21+ per hour
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, 7.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday

- 20 days holiday including bank holidays
What you will be doing:
- Unloading and loading products and moving goods and materials around the site
- Managing and checking stock requirements
- Picking and packaging, checking condition of products both incoming and outgoing
- Operation of a counterbalance forklift
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment to meet industry health and safety standards
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience within a warehouse or dispatch facility/ stock rotation, labelling etc
- Experience operating a Forklift /Current Counterbalance license an advantage
- Good basic computer skills/ prior warehouse systems experience
- Physical ability to safely perform manual handling tasks
- A clear understanding and appreciation of health and safety procedure
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Own transport is essential due to rural location
