Production Print Operator  Penicuik Area Monday to Friday | Day Shift  Permanent | Salary £24,600 plus benefits STEM Recruitment Solutions are working on behalf of a leading life sciences manufacturer to recruit a Production Print Operator for their specialist print and labelling department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team producing high-quality printed labels for diagnostic products in a clean, regulated, and process-driven environment. What you’ll be doing: Operating label printing equipment in line with production schedules Ensuring label accuracy and availability for scheduled manufacturing batches Monitoring and maintaining label stock levels Maintaining high cleanliness and GMP standards in the print area Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices Participating in system updates, procedure reviews, and template changes What we’re looking for: Experience working within a regulated or GMP environment Preferably 2 years’ experience in a printing, manufacturing, or production role Strong IT skills and attention to detail Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive, quality-driven mindset Desirable skills: Knowledge of 5S, lean, or Six Sigma principles This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and well-established team, where quality and continuous improvement are at the core of operations.
