Our client based in Duxford are seeking a qualified ESOS lead assessor to join their team. This role has become available due to internal promotion, and you will join an existing team of 4. We are seeking candidates who are qualified ESOS assessors who have experience of delivering ESOS compliance in Phase 3 minimum.
Duties to Include:
- Ensure compliance with ESOS regulations for a wide range of clients across various sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive site energy audits at locations nationwide.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to identify and discuss opportunities for energy efficiency, renewable energy generation, and improvements to systems, policies, and processes.
- Analyse and review energy reports, offering proactive support to help clients interpret findings and implement recommended actions.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to develop robust business cases and detailed implementation plans.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Qualified ESOS Lead Assessor
- Member of energy body
- Experience of delivering ESOS compliance in Phase 3 minimum
- Degree Qualification preferred but not essential
- Project and energy management experience to include programme delivery
- Experience of financial investment appraisal techniques
- Strong communicator both verbal and written
- High level of competences in the use of IT
- Excellent numerical skills and a passion for problem solving
- Highly organised
- Full UK driving licence
